change policy can help you if you need to make changes
to your trip. You can make a change (change
the time or date of your flight)
up to 2 hours before departure at no additional charge. There is a service
fee for this service. If you wish to modify your flights, the change fee
costs EUR 80 per person per flight, and any difference in fare will be charged
if applicable.
You are entitled to a refund
when:
You modify your flights within 24 hours of booking (by 23:59 hrs on the
second calendar day). The refund value
is equal to the price
paid for your
ticket minus any cancellation fees that might apply. If you
have made an award booking, we will refund all miles used
for such award
along with any taxes and surcharges paid
in cash or miles. If you modified
